General Requirements for All Trainer Posts

• Education: Minimum 16 Years of Education or equivalent from an HEC-recognized University or from a foreign/local institute.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional freelancing work experience with a well-reputed profile on freelancing portals or proof of experience in the case of direct clients. Teaching/Training experience will be preferred.

• Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years.

📋 Main Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Core Duties: Take classes as per the designated schedule, teach freelancing and proposal writing skills, create profiles of students on freelancing portals, and prepare course outlines/curricula.

• KPIs: Track and upload student profiles on freelancing portals, maintain student retention by engaging them with interactive content, and submit regular earning details/reports at the end of each batch.
