Required Education

Applicants must hold a First Class MS, M.Phil, or equivalent 18-year postgraduate degree in the relevant subject from an HEC-recognized university with no 3rd division throughout their academic career. For applicants holding a terminal PhD or equivalent doctoral degree, the "no 3rd division" condition is relaxed, provided they have no more than one 3rd division in their entire academic record.

Required Experience

Prior mandatory teaching experience is not required for these regular entry-level BPS-18 lecturer posts, allowing fresh MS/M.Phil and PhD graduates to apply; however, candidates with verified research publications recognized by the HEC and relevant university-level academic experience will gain an advantage during quantification and interview stages.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to all qualified Pakistani nationals meeting the academic requirements.

• CGPA of 3.00/4.00 in semester systems will be considered equivalent to First Division.

• Prescribed age limit is 21 to 55 years calculated as of the application closing date.

• Candidates with foreign qualifications must provide an HEC Equivalence Certificate prior to the deadline.

• In-service employees must submit a valid NOC from their parent department.

Salary / Pay Scale

• Appointed faculty members will receive regular pay, standard allowances, and benefits under Basic Pay Scale BPS-18 in accordance with university service statutes.

How to Apply

Stage 1: ETEA Online Screening Test Registration

1. Visit the ETEA portal at https://www.etea.edu.pk/ and create/update your candidate profile.

2. Print the E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and verify your CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk.

3. Submit the online application and generate the fee deposit slip.

4. Deposit the non-refundable test fee via EasyPaisa App, EasyPaisa agent, or designated UBL Bank branches.

5. Keep the stamped bank deposit slip safe; do not send hard copies to ETEA at this stage.

6. Download the Roll Number Slip from the ETEA website when notified via SMS.

Stage 2: University Application Process (After Qualifying ETEA Test)

1. Candidates qualifying the ETEA screening test must submit a formal online application on the university portal at http://www.uoas.edu.pk/ within 15 days of result intimation.

2. Deposit a university processing fee of Rs. 1,000/- into Bank of Khyber (Account No. PK42KHYB5203003004012339), Allah Chowk Saidu Sharif Swat, or via Bank Draft in favor of Treasurer, The University of Agriculture Swat.

3. Upload and attach attested copies of transcripts, degrees, CNIC, experience certificates, research papers, and passport-size photographs.
