Required Education

• Project Director (PPS-09): Master's Degree (16 years) or equivalent (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.

• Law Officer (PPS-08): Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.

• Project Manager (PPS-08): Master's/Bachelor's Degree (16 years) or equivalent (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.

• Project Manager (PPS-07): Master's/Bachelor's Degree (16 years) or equivalent (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.

• Project Accountant (PPS-07): MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CMA (16 years education) (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.

• Office Assistant (PPS-05): Graduation (14 years) (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.

• Attendant (PPS-01): Matriculate.

Required Experience

• Project Director (PPS-09): Minimum 07 years of experience in public or private sector organizations of good repute, including 05 years of managerial experience after the final degree.

• Law Officer (PPS-08): Minimum 05 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in the field of services/corporate law. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in MS Office is a pre-requisite.

• Project Manager (PPS-08): Minimum 05 years of experience in public or private sector organizations of good repute, including 03 years of experience at managerial/supervisory level. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project is compulsory.

• Project Manager (PPS-07): Minimum 05 years of relevant experience, including 02 years of mid-level management experience after the final degree in public or private sector organizations. Proficiency in MS-Office and MS-Project is must.

• Project Accountant (PPS-07): Minimum 03 years of experience in private or public sector organizations of good repute, including 01 year of mid-level management experience after the final degree.

• Office Assistant (PPS-05): Two (02) years of work experience in public or private sector organizations of good repute. Advance use of MS-Office is must.

• Attendant (PPS-01): One (01) year of relevant experience.

• Note: Experience means experience gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification. Experience as part-time, honorary, apprentice, and internee (as a part of study) will not be counted.

Age Limit & Quota

• Project Director: Maximum Age 62 years (Quota: Merit = 1).

• Law Officer: Maximum Age 50 years (Quota: Punjab = 1).

• Project Manager (PPS-08): Maximum Age 50 years (Quota: Merit = 1).

• Project Manager (PPS-07): Maximum Age 40 years (Quota: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa = 1, Punjab = 1).

• Project Accountant: Maximum Age 40 years (Quota: Sindh (U) = 1).

• Office Assistant: Maximum Age 40 years (Quota: Sindh (R) = 1, Punjab = 1).

• Attendant: Maximum Age 35 years (Quota: Local Based).

• General age relaxation of five (05) years is already included. Further age relaxation will be given as per Government rules.

Salary / Pay Scale

• Project Director (PPS-09): Rs. 398,130/- per month (All inclusive)

• Law Officer (PPS-08): Rs. 295,320/- per month (All inclusive)

• Project Manager (PPS-08): Rs. 295,320/- per month (All inclusive)

• Project Manager (PPS-07): Rs. 212,630/- per month (All inclusive)

• Project Accountant (PPS-07): Rs. 212,630/- per month (All inclusive)

• Office Assistant (PPS-05): Rs. 94,500/- per month (All inclusive)

• Attendant (PPS-01): Rs. 40,700/- per month (Minimum Wage Rate)
