📋 General Terms & Conditions
Provisional Allowance: For posts mentioned at serial No. 5 to 9, candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the University, and if any candidate is found ineligible at any stage, he/she will be disqualified.
Biometric Verification Mandate: Candidates applying for serial No. 5 to 9 are required to create a profile on ETEA's website. After profile creation, they must print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and verify their CNIC via a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise kiosk. Without verification, application processing is blocked.
Shortlisting Protocol: Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of eligibility criteria by the University. Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
Document Authentication: Only those qualifications, experience & publications which have documentary proof attached up to the last date of advertisement will be considered. Foreign degree holders must provide an HEC equivalence certificate.
Government Servants: Applicants serving in Government/Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post must apply separately with separate fees.
Recruitment Regulations: Age relaxation will be admissible as per existing government rules. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies, or cancel any post without assigning a reason. No TA/DA is paid for test/interview.
Service Nature (Sr. 5–8): The positions from Serial No. 5 to 8 are on a contract basis at a fixed pay and shall not confer any right to absorption, confirmation, or regularization in University service.
📝 How to Apply Step-by-Step
The application process is split into two distinct methodology tracks based on the target position serial number:
Track A: For Executive & Managerial Roles (Sr. No. 1 to 4)
Obtain Form: Download the designated application form from the official website: www.uetpeshawar.edu.pk (Filename: Job_Application_Form_for_BPS-17above.pdf).
Fee Payment: Deposit an application fee of Rs. 1500/- (non-refundable) in United Bank Ltd (UBL) online Account No. 205503522 (Branch code 1486-University Campus Branch, Peshawar).
Assemble Package: Attach attested copies of educational testimonials (degrees/certificates, transcripts/DMCs), experience certificates, copy of CNIC, one recent photograph, original bank deposit slip, and registration cards of PEC / PCATP / NCEAC (where required).
Postal Submission: Submit the physical form package directly to the Selection Board Section, UET Peshawar, on or before 16-07-2026.
Track B: For Lecturer & Lab Engineer Roles (Sr. No. 5 to 9)
Online Profile: Visit www.etea.edu.pk to complete your digital registration. The online application form is active starting from 1st July, 2026.
Challan Generation: After form completion, a prescribed online deposit slip featuring a token number and candidate data will be generated.
Fee Transaction: Print the slip and deposit the test fee (non-refundable) through the EasyPaisa App / Agent or at any branch of UBL. Keep the original candidate-copy deposit slip stamped by the bank safely; do not share it.
ETEA Mailing Exemption: Do NOT send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Copies of testimonials will only be requested by the University from candidates who successfully qualify the screening test.
Roll Number Slips: ETEA will inform candidates via SMS to download and print their Roll Number Slips from the portal. Test dates, timings, and venues will be explicitly printed on the slips. No separate call letters are posted.
Closing Deadline Portal Lock: The online application portal closes on 16th July, 2026.
