Required Education

Candidates applying for the Hospital Monitoring Officer and Procurement Specialist positions must possess a recognized 16-to-18-year Master's degree in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Finance, or hold professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA or CA from an HEC-recognized institution. Alternatively, medical graduates (MBBS) possessing supplementary postgraduate management qualifications are eligible for governance roles. For Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant posts, a minimum 14-to-16-year graduation degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Public Health, Statistics, Health Management, or Information Technology is required.

Required Experience

For senior governance and monitoring executive roles, candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification leadership experience overseeing large-scale institutional setups with at least 5,000 personnel. Candidates for procurement roles must have at least 5 years of verified professional experience in procurement and supply chain management, while applicants for the M&E Assistant roles must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in field monitoring, data evaluation, or administrative coordination.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must possess a valid Punjab Domicile.

  • Fulfillment of the exact educational credentials and verified post-qualification experience as per HEC standards.

  • Doctors selected as Hospital Monitoring Officers will not be permitted private medical practice during the tenure of appointment.

  • Age limits range from 25 to 65 years depending on the designation.

  • Serving government employees must apply through the proper channel along with an official NOC.

Salary / Pay Scale

  • Appointed candidates will receive a market-competitive lump-sum monthly salary package on a contract basis.
