Required Education
Applicants must hold a 14 to 16-year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university in disciplines such as Strategic/Security Studies, Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, Education, Sociology, Mass Communication, Gender Studies, Islamic Studies, Commerce, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
Required Experience
Candidates should possess 3 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in counter-extremism research, curriculum design, policy drafting, community outreach, financial management, cyber security, IT systems administration, or peace-building initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess a valid Sindh Domicile and PRC.
Upper age limit is revised to a maximum of 50 years for Assistant Directors and 45 years for Officer/Specialist posts (with no minimum age threshold).
Appointments will be made on a contractual basis for 2 years (extendable based on performance).
Government employees must apply through the proper channel along with an official NOC.
