Required Education

Applicants must possess recognized academic qualifications from HEC-recognized universities ranging from Bachelor's to Master's degrees, including CA, ACCA, CIA, ACMA, MBA (Finance, Marketing, Project Management, Social Sciences), Master's in Economics, Development Studies, Environmental Sciences, Natural Resource Management, Mass Communication, Journalism, Social Work, Statistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, BBA, DAE, or a Bachelor's degree in any field.

Required Experience

Candidates are required to have professional post-qualification experience spanning from 2 to 10 years depending on the post. Managerial and specialist roles require 8 to 10 years of extensive experience in international or donor-funded projects (such as IFAD, World Bank, ADB), procurement, financial management, rural development, or climate resilience, while officer and assistant positions require 2 to 5 years of relevant operational, field, administration, or office support experience.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum education ranging from Graduation to Post-Graduation / Master's / Professional Accounting Certifications depending on the role.

  • 2 to 10 years of verified professional experience in relevant public, private, or international development sectors.

  • Age limits range from a maximum of 30 to 50 years at the time of the application deadline.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Urdu, and Sindhi where specified.

  • Female applicants are encouraged to apply.
