Required Education

Applicants for Grade 04 positions (Dispatch Rider and Driver) and Grade 02 Helper posts must have completed Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate) from a recognized educational board, with Helpers additionally requiring a vocational certificate from a government technical training centre. For Grade 01 positions including Naib Qasid, Chowkidar, and Sanitary Worker, candidates must meet the basic literacy and educational requirements prescribed under Government of Sindh service rules.

Required Experience

Candidates applying for the Driver position must hold a verified HTV/LTV driving license alongside verifiable practical driving experience. Dispatch Riders must possess a valid motorcycle driving license, while candidates applying for technical Helper positions are required to have hands-on practical experience in their relevant technical trades.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must possess a valid Sindh Domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC).

• Both male and female citizens are eligible to apply.

• Prescribed upper age limit is 28 years (general age relaxation will be granted under Government of Sindh recruitment rules).

• Separate merit lists will be prepared for NILAT Karachi, Workers Education Regional Centre Karachi, and Workers Education Regional Centre Hyderabad.

• Serving government employees must apply through the proper channel with an official NOC.

Salary / Pay Scale

• Selected personnel will receive salary packages, basic pay, and allowances under Grade 01 to Grade 04 in accordance with Sindh Government pay rules.
