Required Education
Academic qualifications range from Middle and Matriculation for drivers and mess supervisors, Intermediate/DAE/ICS for clerical, protocol, and technical support roles, to 16-year Bachelor's/Master's/LLB/BS degrees in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Strategic Studies, International Relations, Criminology, Law, Commerce, and Business Administration from HEC-recognized institutions.
Required Experience
Technical and analytical roles require 3 to 15 years of post-qualification experience in enterprise software development, database administration, threat analysis, OSINT, cyber security, or counter-terrorism operations. Specialized administrative and liaison posts prefer retired officers and JCOs/NCOs from the Armed Forces, ISI, MI, IB, Special Branch, CTD, FIA, and Law Enforcement Agencies.
Eligibility Criteria
Only candidates holding a valid Domicile of Punjab Province are eligible to apply.
The recruitment is purely on a contract basis under the Contract Appointment Policy, 2004 and Recruitment Policy, 2022.
Experience will be counted strictly as post-qualification experience.
Serving government/semi-government employees must obtain and provide an NOC from their parent department.
Foreign degree holders must submit an HEC equivalence certificate.
