Required Education

Academic qualifications include MBBS/BDS degrees with post-graduate clinical diplomas and valid PMDC registration for clinical specialist and medical officer positions. For administrative and paramedical cadres, educational prerequisites range from Pharm-D/B-Pharmacy for Drug Inspectors, BS Nursing or 3-year General Nursing Diploma with 1-year specialization for Nurses (PNC recognized), to relevant Bachelor's degrees or diplomas in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) and Public Health/Malaria Control.

Required Experience

Candidates must hold active professional registrations with respective regulatory bodies (PMDC or PNC) and relevant clinical or technical experience in hospital, ICU, or laboratory setups.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must possess a valid Local / Domicile certificate from Balochistan.

• Valid and permanent PMDC registration is mandatory for doctors and PNC registration for nursing staff.

• Appointments are purely on a contractual/ad-hoc basis for an initial duration of 2 years (the first year serves as a probationary period).

• In-service government employees must produce an official NOC from their parent department at the time of the interview.
