2. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

• Number of Posts: 07 Posts

• Age Limit: 21 to 25 Years

• Qualification: Intermediate from a recognized institute.

• Skill Prerequisites: Proficiency in MS Office with a certificate and a minimum computer typing speed of 40 W.P.M from a reputable institution.

3. Naib Qasid (BPS-03)

• Number of Posts: 01 Post

• Age Limit: 20 to 28 Years

• Qualification: Primary pass standard.

• Preference: Preference will be given to skilled candidates possessing prior experience in Electrician work, AC Repair, Bookbinding, Carpentry, Painting, Driving, or Cooking.

4. Sweeper (BPS-03)

• Number of Posts: 01 Post

• Age Limit: 20 to 28 Years

• Qualification: Primary pass standard.

📋 Key Selection & Quota Rules

1. Reserved Quotas: Government statutory quotas for female applicants, minorities, and persons with disabilities (5% quota) will be observed strictly. Disabled candidates must submit a CNIC displaying the wheelchair logo issued by NADRA along with a valid Disability Certificate.

2. Age Relaxation: General upper age relaxation will follow existing government regulations. Government servants who have served the Federation or Province of Sindh for at least 3 years enjoy an upper age limit extension up to 30 years.

3. Screening Benchmarks: For clerical categories (Sr. 01 & 02), candidates securing at least 50% marks in the initial NTS test will be shortlisted for subsequent typing/shorthand skill assessments.

4. No Allowances: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for screening tests or panel interviews.

The application process is separated by the scale and nature of the position:

Method A: For Stenographer & Junior Clerk (BPS-11 to BPS-16)

These positions are processed exclusively through NTS. Manual applications will be rejected automatically.

3. Generate and print the test processing challan slip of Rs. 800/-.

5. Keep your printed copy of the application form and paid deposit slip safe; you do not need to send physical copies to the NTS headquarters.

Method B: For Naib Qasid & Sweeper (BPS-03)

1. Complete the "Application Proforma" printed on the lower half of the newspaper advertisement.

2. Attach attested photocopies of your CNIC, Education Documents, PRC, Domicile Certificate, and 2 fresh passport-size photographs.

3. Send the complete physical folder via registered post or courier to the office address before July 07, 2026, at 03:00 PM. Manual hand-delivery is accepted for these two low-scale posts.
