Required Education
Educational prerequisites require a minimum Secondary School Certificate (Matric Science with at least 2nd Division) alongside a relevant 2-year technical diploma from a recognized Medical Faculty or Nursing Examination Board for all PHC Technician and Prosthetic roles. For administrative posts, candidates must hold an Intermediate (FA/FSc 2nd Division) certificate for Junior Clerk or Matriculation with 1st Division for the Storekeeper position.
Required Experience
Prior mandatory post-qualification work experience is not obligatory for these entry-level technical and clerical positions; however, applicants for Junior Clerk must demonstrate a verified English typing speed of 30 words per minute along with basic computer literacy, while candidates for Storekeeper already performing daily-wage duties under competent authority will be given preference.
Eligibility Criteria
Primary preference will be granted to local domicile holders of District Kurram (Upper, Lower, and Central Kurram); other KP districts will be considered only if local candidates are unavailable.
Valid registration with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) is mandatory for the LHV position.
Prescribed age bracket is 18 to 32 years (general upper age relaxation is applicable as per KPK Government rules).
Quotas are allocated as 10% for Women, 5% for Minorities, and 0.5% for Persons with Disabilities.
Salary / Pay Scale
Appointed employees will receive regular government pay scales, basic salaries, and allowances under BPS-07, BPS-11, and BPS-12 as per KPK Civil Servant rules.
