Staff Welfare Organization under Establishment Division invites applications from citizens of Pakistan having domicile of Balochistan for 7 vacant positions. Interested candidates must submit online applications through the National Job Portal within fifteen days of publication.

All positions are exclusively reserved under the Balochistan Quota. The age limits include 5 years general age relaxation plus 5 years additional relaxation for candidates from Balochistan. A 10 percent quota for women and 5 percent quota for minorities will be observed.
Important Dates and How to Apply The deadline for online submission is 19th November 2026 (within 15 days of advertisement publication). Candidates must submit online applications through the National Job Portal at https://njp.gov.pk/. Direct applications will not be entertained.
Recruitment will be conducted through walk in interviews with no entry or written test. Only shortlisted candidates must appear at 09:00 AM at Staff Welfare Organization, CGS Colony, Satellite Town, Quetta.
Instructor and Driver Interview Date: 26th November 2026
Chowkidar and Farash Interview Date: 27th November 2026
Candidates must present original documents along with one set of attested copies of educational certificates, CNIC, and Domicile Certificate at the time of interview. Government servants must provide an official NOC.
