INTRODUCTION:
Sindh Organic Foods, with its Rice Farms at Shahdadkot, is setting up a state-of-the-art rice processing facility at Marjan Industrial Zone, Port Qasim Eastern Area, N5 Karachi. Applications are invited from qualified and motivated candidates for positions across almost all organizational levels.

| 1 | General Manager (Mills) | Plant Operations | Computer proficiency required. Relevant experience in rice/food processing preferred. |
| 2 | Export Manager | Documentation, Foreign Exchange, Logistics, Inspections/Testing | Computer proficiency required. Relevant experience in export documentation and logistics. |
| 3 | Manager (F&A) | Recruitment, SAP/ERP Software, Banking & Refinance | Computer proficiency required. Experience in finance, accounts, and ERP/SAP. |
| 4 | Managers | HRD, QC/QA Compliance, Labor laws, EOBI, Social Security, Food Safety | Computer proficiency required. Experience in compliance, HRD, or food safety. |
| 5 | Lab Technicians / Rice Analysts | Physical, Biological & Chemical Parameters | Computer proficiency required. Relevant background in laboratory analysis. |
| 6 | Shift Supervisors | Milling & Sorting Lines | Experience in milling and sorting lines preferred. Willing to work in shifts. |
| 7 | Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Technicians | Maintenance & Technical | Relevant technical skills and hands-on experience. |
| 8 | Plant Operators | Operations | Relevant operational experience in processing plants. |
| 9 | Packing & Loading Staff | Supply Chain / Warehouse | Relevant experience in packing and warehouse operations. |
| 10 | Helpers / General Workers | General Duty | Energetic candidates; fresh candidates considered for trainee roles. |
Benefits & General Conditions
Computer Proficiency: Computer proficiency is MANDATORY for positions 1 to 5 due to export-related online activities.
Experience & Trainees: Relevant experience in the rice/food processing industry is preferred, but fresh candidates can be considered for trainee roles.
Shift Work: Candidates must be willing to work in shifts.
Remuneration: Competitive salary negotiable + Overtime.
