📋 General Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Appointment: All appointments are purely on a contingent basis and do not confer any right to permanent workman / regularization at any stage.

2. Duration of Appointment: The appointment will remain valid until the end of the financial year 2026–27 or until the completion of the project, whichever is earlier.

3. Preference Criteria: Preference will be given to candidates having relevant experience in mining and mineral-related projects.
