Required Education Civilian candidates must possess a minimum of 16 years of education (BS 4-Year or Master's degree) from an HEC-recognized institution in any academic discipline. For ex-servicemen applicants (retired JCOs, NCOs, and equivalent ranks from the Pakistan Army, Navy, or Air Force), a minimum 14-year graduation degree (BA / BSc / equivalent) is required, while technical diploma holders must provide an IBCC equivalence certificate.
Required Experience Prior professional field monitoring experience and demonstrated IT literacy are preferred for all applicants. Candidates must be physically fit to conduct extensive field operations and inspections in hard areas across designated tehsils, and must possess a valid motorcycle driving license (or submit an owner permission stamp paper).
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a valid domicile in Punjab and can apply only against the quota of their respective home district.
Valid motorcycle driving license is mandatory.
Candidates must achieve at least 50% marks in the CTS screening test to qualify for the interview.
Age limits are 25 to 40 years for civilian candidates and 30 to 55 years for retired armed forces personnel.
Salary / Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive a fixed salary of Rs. 60,000/- per month plus additional allowances in accordance with the PEF HR Manual.

Attested copies of CNIC, Punjab Domicile, and all educational credentials/transcripts.
Attested copies of experience certificates, NOC (for serving personnel), and two recent passport-size photographs.
