• Assistant Director (E&M): B.Sc. Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience. Age limit: 21 to 32 years.

• Litigation Officer: Law Graduate from an HEC recognized university with 3 years of relevant experience. Age limit: 21 to 32 years.

• Social Mobilizer (Male/Female): Graduate degree in social sciences such as Sociology, Political Science, International Relations, Anthropology, Public Policy, Development Studies, or Public Administration with 3 years of relevant experience. Age limit: 21 to 32 years.

• Accounts Officer: M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience. Age limit: 21 to 32 years.

• Sub Engineer (Civil): DAE (Civil) with 2 years of relevant experience. Age limit: 18 to 30 years.

• Sub Engineer (E&M): DAE Mechanical / Electrical with 2 years of relevant experience. Age limit: 18 to 30 years.

• Assistant / Head Clerk: Graduation from an HEC recognized university with proven MS Office experience. Age limit: 21 to 32 years.

• Computer Operator: BS Computer Science / BS Information Technology or Graduation with a 1-year diploma in IT from a recognized Technical Board. Age limit: 21 to 32 years.

• Accounts Clerk: Graduation with Commerce / Economics / Math / Stats as a subject and knowledge of Computer & MS Office. Age limit: 18 to 30 years.

• Head Draftsman: DAE (Civil) or Intermediate with a 02-year course in Civil Draftsmanship. Age limit: 18 to 30 years.

• Junior Clerk: Matric pass, computer literate with a typing speed of minimum 30 words per minute and knowledge of MS Office. Age limit: 18 to 28 years.

2. Create or log in to your account. Before applying or depositing fees, print the E-Sahulat token from the ETEA portal and get your CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk.

3. Fill out and submit the online application form for the desired position. Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate online applications and deposit separate fees.

4. Print the generated online deposit slip and deposit the non-refundable test fee via EasyPaisa app/agent or at any branch of UBL Bank or UBL OMNI agent.

5. Keep the candidate copy of the stamped deposit slip safe; do not send physical documents to the ETEA office.

6. Submit your application online between 01st August 2026 and 25th August 2026.
