The total structural positions are distributed across the following specialties and clinical units:

1. Medical Doctor (MO / LMO) — 20 Posts

• Required Qualification: MBBS Degree from a recognized medical institution with a valid PMDC/PMC registration certificate.

• Deployment Districts: Gwadar, Kharan, Washuk, and Panjgur.

2. Medical Technician — 24 Posts

• Required Qualification: Verified Medical Technician Diploma from a recognized/registered institute.

• Deployment Districts: Chagai, Kech, Gwadar, Kharan, Tump, Washuk, and Panjgur.

3. Psychologist / Psychosocial Case Worker — 01 Post

• Required Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in psychosocial support. Female candidates only.

• Deployment District: Chagai.

4. Female Social Mobilizer — 02 Posts

• Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree (14 years of education) in Social Sciences, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of community mobilization experience. Female candidates only.

• Deployment District: Chagai.

5. Social Mobilizer — 01 Post

• Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree (14 years of education) in Social Sciences, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of community mobilization experience. Male candidates only.

• Deployment District: Chagai.

6. Female Medical Technician — 07 Posts

• Required Qualification: Verified Female Medical Technician Diploma from a recognized/registered medical institute.

• Deployment Districts: Chagai, Gwadar, Kharan, Tump, Washuk, and Panjgur.

7. Dispenser — 32 Posts

• Required Qualification: Verified Dispenser Diploma from a recognized/registered institute.

• Deployment Districts: Chagai, Gwadar, Kech, Kharan, Tump, Washuk, and Panjgur.

8. Lady Health Visitor (LHV) — 38 Posts

• Required Qualification: Verified 2-Year LHV Diploma from a recognized/registered nursing or health institution.

• Deployment Districts: Chagai, Kech, Tump, Gwadar, Washuk, and Panjgur.

9. WGFS Assistant — 03 Posts

• Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree with relevant field experience.

• Deployment District: Chagai.

10. Community Midwife (CMW) — 32 Posts

• Required Qualification: Verified 2-Year Community Midwife Diploma from a recognized/registered medical institute.

• Deployment Districts: Gwadar, Kech, Kharan, Washuk, Tump, and Panjgur.

11. Lab Technician / Lab Assistant — 22 Posts

• Required Qualification: Matriculation along with a relevant Laboratory Technology Diploma from a Provincial Medical Faculty or equivalent. Relevant experience will be preferred.

• Deployment Districts: Gwadar, Kech, Tump, Washuk, and Panjgur.

12. Vaccinator — 74 Posts

• Required Qualification: Matriculation (Science) along with a valid Vaccinator Certificate or 3 months of formal vaccination training.

• Deployment Districts: Chagai, Gwadar, Kech, Kharan, Washuk, Panjgur, and Tump.

13. Dai — 04 Posts

• Required Qualification: Minimum Primary education; literacy preferred. Requires 1-year Dai training from DHQ/THQ or a certificate from the Provincial Director MNCH.

• Deployment Districts: Kharan and Chagai.

14. Birth Attendant — 01 Post

• Required Qualification: Minimum Primary education; literacy preferred. Requires 1-year training from DHQ/THQ or a certificate from the Provincial Director MNCH.

• Deployment District: Chagai.

15. Driver — 05 Posts

• Required Qualification: Valid driving license with relevant driving experience (as per organization policy).

• Deployment Districts: Chagai, Washuk, and Panjgur.

16. Security Guard — 01 Post

• Required Qualification: Matriculation with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Security Guard. Male candidates only, physically fit, and proficient in the local language.

• Deployment District: Chagai.

Key Selection Policies & Terms

• Temporary Status: Positions will be filled purely on a temporary contract basis under the control and management of PPHI-B for one year initially, extendable based on annual performance reviews.

• Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 and 50 years of age.

• Local Preference: Candidates holding local domicile will be given preference. Specifically, applicants residing near the respective Basic Health Units (BHUs) are highly encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to eligible candidates belonging to the local area of the respective BHU, subject to the fulfillment of the prescribed eligibility criteria.

• Verification Rule: Detailed screening and scrutiny of documents will be carried out. If any candidate's credentials are found ineligible or fake, their candidature will be immediately rejected.

• No Manual Submissions: Applications submitted by hand or by any other physical mode except the prescribed online path will not be accepted.
