Available Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria
The total structural positions are distributed across the following specialties and clinical units:
1. Medical Doctor (MO / FMO) — 46 Posts
Required Qualification: MBBS Degree from a recognized medical institution with a valid PMDC/PMC registration certificate.
Deployment: Across BHUs in Barkhan, Duki, Killa Saifullah, Kohlu, Loralai, Musakhail, Zhob, Sherani, and Upper Dera Bugti.
2. Medical Technician — 26 Posts
Required Qualification: Verified Medical Technician Diploma from a recognized or registered Provincial Medical Faculty.
3. Psychologist / Psychosocial Case Worker — 01 Post
Required Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in psychosocial support. Female candidates only.
4. Female Social Mobilizer — 01 Post
Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree (14 years of education) in Social Sciences, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of community mobilization experience.
5. WGPS Assistant — 01 Post
Required Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field with related experience.
6. Female Medical Technician — 15 Posts
Required Qualification: Verified Female Medical Technician Diploma from a recognized/registered medical institute.
7. Dispenser — 19 Posts
Required Qualification: Dispenser Diploma from a recognized or registered medical institute.
8. Lady Health Visitor (LHV) — 88 Posts
Required Qualification: Verified 2-Year LHV Diploma from a recognized/registered nursing or health institution.
9. Community Midwife (CMW) — 60 Posts
Required Qualification: Verified 2-Year Community Midwife Diploma from a recognized/registered medical institute.
10. Lab Technician / Lab Assistant — 33 Posts
Required Qualification: Matriculation along with a relevant Laboratory Technology Diploma from a Provincial Medical Faculty.
11. Vaccinator — 75 Posts
Required Qualification: Matriculation (Science) along with a valid Vaccinator Certificate or 3 months of formal vaccination training.
12. Dai (Aya) — 15 Posts
Required Qualification: Minimum Primary education (literacy preferred) with 1-year Dai training from any DHQ/THQ or a certificate from the Provincial Director MNCH.
13. Driver — 04 Posts
Required Qualification: Literate with a valid driving license (LTV/HTV) and relevant experience.
Key Selection Policies & Terms
Temporary Status: Positions will be filled on a temporary contract basis for one year initially, extendable based on annual performance reviews.
Local Preference: Candidates holding local domicile and residing near the respective Basic Health Units (BHUs) will be given strong preference.
Verification Rule: Detailed screening and scrutiny of degrees/diplomas will be carried out. Any candidate found holding bogus, unverified, or fake documents will be rejected and blacklisted.
No Manual Submissions: Applications submitted by hand or by any other physical mode will not be accepted.
