All positions carry one (01) allocated post and are located in Islamabad:

1. Director Level Positions (BPS-19)

• Director (Audit & Accounts) (BPS-19) — 01 Post

  • Qualification: Master's Degree in Business Administration / CA / ACCA / Accounts & Finance from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Experience: Minimum 07 years of relevant experience in public or private sectors.

  • Age Limit: 30–50 years.

• Director (Human Resource, Training & Administration) (BPS-19) — 01 Post

  • Qualification: Master's Degree (MHRM, MSc, MA) or MBA in HR from an HEC-recognized university; OR Master's degree in any subject for retired Govt employees.

  • Experience: Minimum 07 years of relevant experience.

  • Age Limit: 30–50 years.

• Director IT (BPS-19) — 01 Post

  • Qualification: MS (18 Years) in Computer Science / Information Security / IT or related field from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Experience: Minimum 07 years of relevant experience.

  • Age Limit: 30–50 years.

• Director (Legal) (BPS-19) — 01 Post

  • Qualification: Master's degree in Law (LLM) from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Experience: Minimum 07 years' practice in Supreme/High Court or as Legal Advisor with private organizations/banks/government departments.

  • Age Limit: 30–50 years.

2. Deputy Director Level Positions (BPS-18)

• Deputy Director (Commerce) (BPS-18) — 01 Post: Master's in Commerce / Economics / Business Administration / Accounts & Finance + 03 years' experience (Age: 25–50).

• Deputy Director (Engineers) (BPS-18) — 01 Post: Master's in Civil / Structural / Architectural / Constructional Engineering + 03 years' experience (Age: 25–50).

• Deputy Director (Foreign Cell) (BPS-18) — 01 Post: Master's in Social Sciences / International Relations / Political Science + 03 years' experience (Age: 25–50).

• Deputy Director (Security & Vigilance) (BPS-18) — 01 Post: Master's Degree in any discipline + 03 years' experience (preferably served in intelligence setups) (Age: 25–50).

• Deputy Director IT (BPS-18) — 01 Post: MS (18 Years) in CS / Cyber Security / Info Security / IT + 03 years' experience (Age: 25–50).

• Deputy Director Accounts (BPS-18) — 01 Post: Master's in Business Administration / Accounts & Finance / MA / MSc + 03 years' experience in Govt / Autonomous / Reputable Private bodies (Age: 25–50).

• Deputy Director (Human Resource and Procurement) (BPS-18) — 01 Post: MBA in HR or Master's in any subject for retired Govt employees + 03 years' experience (Age: 25–50).

• Deputy Director (Legal) (BPS-18) — 01 Post: LLB (preferably LLM) + 03 years' experience serving in High Court / Legal Advisor (Age: 25–50).

• Deputy Director (Admin) (BPS-18) — 01 Post: Master's degree + 03 years' experience in Admin Department or government departments (Age: 25–50).

• Deputy Director (Administrative Services) (BPS-18) — 01 Post: Master's in Commerce / Economics / BBA / Social Sciences / HR + 03 years' experience (Age: 25–50).

Important Terms & Conditions

1. Contract Nature: Jobs are offered purely on a contract basis initially for three (03) years, extendable depending upon individual performance and organizational requirements.

2. Posting Location: Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan or at any PLPA Border Terminal as per operational needs.

3. Age Relaxation for Retirees: The upper age limit is relaxed up to 65 years in the case of retired government officials.

4. Single Application Restriction: Candidates shall apply for only one post against their specific qualification.

5. No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for candidates appearing in interviews.
