📋 General Program Terms & Instructions

• Total Intake: A total of fifteen (15) Young Professionals will be selected for this cohort. P4A reserves the absolute right to increase or decrease the number of professional allocations without assigning any reason.

• Evaluation Framework: Selection shall be made strictly in line with the established P4A Young Professionals Programme protocols. Incomplete folders or fields will be dismissed directly.

• Shortlisting Process: Only shortlisted applicants matching the eligibility criteria will be invited for the formal test/interview.

• Expenses Policy: No TA/DA or transport coverage will be admissible for candidates appearing in testing or interview phases.
