Appointment Framework: All appointments against the above positions shall be made purely on a contract basis in line with the HR Regulations of P4A
. Compensation Package: Selected applicants shall be offered market-based competitive salary packages along with other benefits in line with HR Regulations of P4A
. Intake Flexibility: P4A reserves the absolute right to increase or decrease the number of positions without assigning any reason
. Government Servants: Employees from Government Entities / Authorities / Companies, whether Provincial or Federal, may apply against above positions through the proper channel
. A departmental No Objection Certificate (NOC) is mandatory, otherwise the application may be rejected . Disqualification Penalties: Submission of fake documents, concealment of any fact, or non-submission of required physical applications, degrees, and experience certificates shall lead to immediate disqualification of the applicant
