Eligibility Criteria

Education & Qualification

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.

• Candidates having a Master's degree in business and/or other professional certifications such as AIBP or JAIBP will be preferred.

Age Limit

• Maximum 28 years (as on the last date of application submission).

Experience

• Minimum 01 year of banking experience in Sales and/or Relationship Management.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new SME clients to grow the bank's SME lending portfolio.

• Promote financing products including working capital, trade finance, and term loans.

• Analyze financial statements and business models of SME clients to assess creditworthiness.

• Prepare comprehensive credit proposals in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Monitor accounts for early warning signals and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
