Available Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria

1. Audit Team Member – Credit Reviewer (OG-I)

• Place of Posting: Karachi

• Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university. Candidates having a Master's degree and/or professional certifications like ACCA / CIA / CFM etc. will be preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 04 years of banking experience, out of which 02 years must be in Audit and/or Corporate Credit and/or SME Commercial Credits and/or Credit Risk Analysis.

• Core Responsibilities: Reviewing Corporate/Commercial/SME credit portfolios, assessing internal controls, evaluating business monitoring practices, and reviewing Credit Risk Reviews (CRR/BRR).

2. Fraud Investigation Officer (OG-I)

• Place of Posting: Islamabad / Karachi

• Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent. Master's degree and/or professional qualifications like CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), ACCA etc. will be an added advantage.

• Experience: Minimum 04 years of banking experience, out of which 02 years must be in Fraud Risk Management and/or Investigations and/or Branch Audit and/or Management Audit function.

• Core Responsibilities: Conducting objective investigations into allegations of fraud and financial misconduct, preparing investigation reports, and analyzing digital evidence.

3. Audit Team Member – International Audit Wing (OG-I)

• Place of Posting: Karachi

• Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent. Master's degree or certifications like ACCA / CIA etc. preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 04 years of banking experience in International Audits and/or Management Audits and/or International Compliance function. Experience in auditing overseas operations will be preferred.

• Core Responsibilities: Executing International Audit Programs, reviewing regulatory compliance status, and conducting audit meetings with international management.

4. Audit Team Member – Operations Audits (OG-I)

• Place of Posting: Karachi

• Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent. Master's degree or certifications like ACCA / CIA etc. preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 04 years of banking experience in Branch Audit function and/or Management Audit functions.

• Core Responsibilities: Conducting operations audit programs, preparing Risk Control Matrices (RCMs), and following up on Corrective Action Plans (CAP).

5. Audit Team Member – Regional Audit Office (OG-II / OG-I)

• Place of Posting: Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore

• Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent. Master's degree or certifications like ACCA / CIA etc. preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 04 years of banking experience in Audit and/or Risk and/or Branch Operations.

• Core Responsibilities: Auditing branches and regional offices as per the Internal Audit Manual, identifying internal control gaps, and raising audit issues with management.

6. Section Head – Administration / Planning Officer (OG-III)

• Place of Posting: Karachi

• Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent. Candidates having an MBA (Banking and Finance) will be preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 01 year of working experience in a financial institution, out of which 06 months must be in Audit and/or Finance.

• Core Responsibilities: Coordinating Training Needs Analysis (TNA), managing administrative leave/transfer records, preparing annual budget/variance reports, and preparing board committee memos.

Employment Terms & Conditions

• Tenure: Employment will be on a contractual basis for three (03) years, which may be renewed at the discretion of NBP Management.

• Compensation: Selected candidates will be offered a competitive market-based compensation package and other benefits as per the Bank's Policy / Rules.
