Required Education
Prerequisites range from Primary and Middle pass for class-IV and driving positions, Matriculation with technical trade diplomas (DAE) for draftsmen, machine operators, and store staff, to Intermediate (FA/FSc) and Bachelor's degrees with computer/typing capabilities for clerical and DEO appointments.
Required Experience
Technical and trade positions require 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in drafting, printing, plate making, store management, or driving (with valid LTV/HTV license). Stenotypists must demonstrate 80 wpm shorthand and 40 wpm typing speed. Candidates who enclose verified experience certificates will receive preference during interviews.
Eligibility Criteria
Posts from BPS-06 to BPS-14 are open on open merit and regional/provincial quotas (Punjab, Sindh, KPK).
Posts from BPS-01 to BPS-05 are reserved strictly for local residents of Balochistan.
Standard age limit is 18 to 25 years. General age relaxation applies:
3 years for Scheduled Castes, Buddhists, recognized tribal areas, AJK, GB, and Sindh (Rural).
15 years (or actual service duration, whichever is less) for retired armed forces personnel.
10 years (up to 55 years) for government servants with 2 continuous years of service.
10 years for disabled candidates.
5 years for legal heirs of civil servants who died during service.
In-service government employees must apply through the proper channel.
