Eligibility Criteria

• Data Scientist (Data Visualization Specialist): Minimum Master's degree from an HEC-recognized university in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, AI, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or related field with 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in large-scale data-analytics and machine-learning projects.

• Project Manager (Electro-Mechanical): Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering plus a Master's degree in related fields (HEC-recognized) with minimum 15 years' experience on major civil and mechanical works projects. Membership/registration with a recognized professional engineering body is required.

• Project Manager (Water & Sewerage): Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering plus a Master's degree in Civil/Water & Wastewater Engineering/Sanitary/Hydraulic/Construction Management (HEC-recognized) with minimum 15 years' experience on major civil/mechanical works projects. Professional engineering registration required.

• Procurement Assistant: Bachelor's or higher degree from HEC-recognized university in Engineering/Business/Economics & Finance or Commerce with 5 years management experience working on procurements.

• Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Coordinator: Minimum Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, or quantitative discipline with at least 7 years of relevant working experience (minimum 5 years in M&E/project monitoring for large-scale infrastructure/development projects).
