Quota Distribution Breakdown

The structural distribution of the 36 total posts follows the official quota policies:

1. Open Merit Quota (70%) — 24 Posts

   • Tehsil Upper Kurram = 08 Posts

   • Tehsil Lower Kurram = 08 Posts

   • Tehsil Central Kurram = 08 Posts

2. Forest Sub-Division / Range Rights Holder Quota (30%) — 10 Posts

   • Upper Sub Division = 05 Posts

   • Lower/Central Range = 05 Posts

3. Minority Quota (5%) — 02 Posts

Eligibility Criteria & Mandatory Physical Standards

• Academic Qualification: Candidates must have passed Intermediate in Science (F.Sc Science) from a recognized Educational Board.

• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years. Age relaxation will be granted as per existing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government policies.

• Physical Fitness Benchmarks:

  • Health: Must be medically and physically fit, free from all physical and mental disabilities.

  • Height: Minimum 5 Feet 6 Inches (167.64 cm).

  • Chest Measurement: Minimum 32 to 34 inches (with expansion).

  • Marathon Race: Must qualify a 3 Kilometer running test within 15 minutes.

Essential Terms & Conditions

• Training & Surety Bond: Successful candidates will undergo a mandatory 1-year Forest Guard training at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School, Abbottabad. Selected candidates must sign a Rs. 300,000/- surety bond on stamp paper to serve in Kurram Forest Division for at least five (5) years.

• NADRA Verification: Candidates must verify their CNIC via the E-Sahulat Token at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk before applying.

• In-Service Candidates: Serving government or semi-government employees must apply through their respective parent departments.

• No Documents via Post: Candidates should not send hard copies of their testimonials or deposit slips to the ETEA office. Document verification will occur during the interview phase for shortlisted candidates.
