The Inspector General of Prisons, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has announced new recruitment opportunities for vacant leftover positions of Warders (BPS-07). The vacancies are segregated across four major regional prison office divisions as detailed below:

Eligible Districts by Regional Office

• Peshawar Region: Peshawar, Nowshera, Charsadda, Khyber.

• Abbottabad Region: Haripur, Abbottabad, Mansehra, Battagram, Torghar, Kohistan (Upper & Lower), Palas Kolai.

• Mardan Region: Mardan, Swabi, Malakand, Buner, Mohmand.

• DI Khan Region: South Waziristan (Upper & Lower), North Waziristan, Lakki Marwat, Tank, Dera Ismail Khan, Bannu, Karak, Kohat, Hangu, Kurram.

Eligibility Criteria & Physical Standards

1. Warder (Minority Male / Transgender)

• Educational Qualification: At least a 2nd Division Secondary School Certificate (Matric) from a recognized board. (Note: Candidates holding a 3rd Division are not eligible to apply).

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years old.

• Height Requirement: Minimum 5 Feet 7 Inches.

• Chest Measurement: Minimum 33 inches (Normal) with a mandatory 1.5 inches Expansion (reaching 34.5 inches).

• Eye Vision: 6/6 in both eyes without glasses.

• Fitness Note: Must be completely free from any sort of physical disability.

2. Female Warder (Minority Female)

• Educational Qualification: At least a 2nd Division Secondary School Certificate (Matric) from a recognized board.

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years old.

• Height Requirement: Minimum 5 Feet 1 Inch.

• Eye Vision: 6/6 in both eyes without glasses.

• Fitness Note: Must be completely free from any sort of physical disability.

Terms & Conditions

1. NADRA E-Sahulat Verification: After filling out your basic bio-data on ETEA's portal, candidates must print their system-generated E-Sahulat token and execute a biometric CNIC verification at any nearest NADRA kiosk franchise. Forms cannot progress without this validation.

2. Written Test Requirement: Candidates must score at least 40% marks in the written screening test to be considered for subsequent stages.

3. No Postal Documents: Do not send copies of transcripts, certificates, or physical application forms to the ETEA office. Verified credentials will only be requested from shortlisted candidates later.

4. Roll Number Slips: No tracking or call letters will be dispatched via regular postal courier. Registered applicants will receive text messages (SMS) to download and print their physical measurement and written test slips directly from the website.

4. Securely preserve your stamped candidate receipt copy for verification at the test centers.

5. Complete your final online application submission before the server window locks on June 15, 2026.
