1. Permanent Commission (PC) Entry Tracks

• 162 General Duty Pilot (GD Pilot) Course

  • Age & Gender: 16 to 22 years; Male and Female citizens of Pakistan. (Unmarried).

  • Eligibility: F.Sc (Pre-Engineering/Pre-Medical/Computer Science) or A-Level with Physics and Mathematics with minimum 65% marks. DAE holders in Avionics/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical with 65% marks can also apply.

• 108 Aeronautical Engineering Course

  • Age & Gender: 16 to 22 years; Male and Female citizens of Pakistan. (Unmarried).

  • Eligibility: Matric 2nd division and F.Sc (Pre-Engineering) or A-Level (with Physics, Chemistry, Maths) with minimum 65% aggregate marks. Matching DAE streams are also acceptable.

• 118 Air Defence Course

  • Age & Gender: 16 to 22 years; Male citizens of Pakistan. (Unmarried).

  • Eligibility: F.Sc (Pre-Engineering/Pre-Medical/Computer Science) or A-Level with 65% marks.

• 37 Admin & Special Duties Course

  • Age & Gender: 16 to 22 years; Male citizens of Pakistan. (Unmarried).

  • Eligibility: F.Sc (Pre-Engineering/Pre-Medical/Computer Science) or A-Level with 65% marks.

• 20 Logistics Course

  • Age & Gender: 16 to 22 years; Male citizens of Pakistan. (Unmarried).

  • Eligibility: F.Sc or A-Level with minimum 65% marks in aggregate.

2. Short Service Commission (SSC / SPSSC) Professional Tracks

• 138 Education Branch

  • Age & Gender: 20 to 30 years; Male/Female. (Married or Unmarried).

  • Eligibility: Minimum 65% marks or 2.5/4.0 CGPA in MA/M.Sc/M.Phil in Psychology, Education, Pak Studies, History, English, Computer Science, IT, Management Sciences, or Accounting & Finance.

• 138 Engineering Branch

  • Age & Gender: 20 to 26 years; Male citizens. (Married or Unmarried).

  • Eligibility: BE (Chemical Engineering / Equivalent) with minimum 67% marks or 2.5/4.0 CGPA.

• 138 Accounts Branch

  • Age & Gender: 20 to 26 years; Male citizens. (Married or Unmarried).

  • Eligibility: B.Com (4 Years) / BBA (Finance) / M.Com / MBA (Finance) with minimum 60% marks.

• 138 IT Branch

  • Age & Gender: 20 to 26 years; Male citizens. (Married or Unmarried).

  • Eligibility: BS/MS (Comp Sci, IT, SE, Cyber Security, Data Science, Cloud Computing) or MCS/MIT with a minimum 65% marks or 2.5/4.0 CGPA.

Selection Procedure Steps

The induction structure is managed through systematic filtering layers:

Ineligibility Conditions

A candidate is strictly disqualified if they meet any of the following parameters:

• Twice rejected by ISSB for regular intermediate/graduate entry courses.

• Tested within 4 months (120 days) gap of previous appearance in ISSB (except specific waivers).

• Dismissed, removed, or debarred from government service or armed forces.

• Convicted by a court of law for an offense involving moral turpitude.

• Declared medically UNFIT by the Central Medical Board (CMB).
