1. Faculty Positions

• Lecturer (SPS-12)

  • Subjects: Accounting & Finance (01), Computer Science (01), Artificial Intelligence (02), Data Science (02), Cyber Security (02), Gender & Development (01).

  • Eligibility: As per prevailing HEC criteria.

  • Initial Gross Salary: Rs. 217,600/-.

• Computer Lab Instructor (SPS-11)

  • Number of Posts: 03.

  • Eligibility: First class Bachelors / Master's degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Data Science, AI, Cyber Security, or Computer System Engineering from an HEC recognized varsity.

  • Initial Gross Salary: Rs. 167,600/-.

2. Administrative Staff Positions

• Assistant Manager ERP (SPS-11)

  • Number of Posts: 02.

  • Eligibility: 16 years of education (1st Division) in Computer Science/IT (Software) with 3 years post-qualification functional/technical experience in ERP systems. Candidates with experience in Odoo ERP/Server Management are strongly encouraged.

  • Initial Gross Salary: Rs. 167,600/-.

• Assistant Registrar (SPS-11)

  • Number of Posts: 01.

  • Eligibility: 16 years of education (1st Division) from an HEC recognized institution with 3 years relevant experience in a university or reputable organization. Experience in drafting agendas, minutes, and administrative writing is strongly encouraged.

  • Initial Gross Salary: Rs. 167,600/-.

• Assistant Controller of Finance (SPS-11)

  • Number of Posts: 01.

  • Eligibility: 16 years of education (1st Division) in MBA, M.Com, B.Com (4-years), or BS Accounting & Finance with 3 years relevant post-qualification experience. An Associate Member of ICMAP or ICAEP is preferred.

  • Initial Gross Salary: Rs. 167,600/-.

• Junior Programmer (SPS-09)

  • Number of Posts: 01.

  • Eligibility: 16 years of education in Computer Science/IT (at least 2nd division) with 3 years post-qualification software development experience.

  • Age Limit: 25 to 40 years old.

  • Initial Gross Salary: Rs. 102,600/-.

• Office Assistant (SPS-06)

  • Number of Posts: 03.

  • Eligibility: At least 14 years of education (2nd division) with 3 years of office administration/documentation experience. Computing proficiency (MS Office) is mandatory. Females are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Age Limit: 22 to 35 years old.

  • Initial Gross Salary: Rs. 71,700/-.

Phase 1: Online Application via ETEA Portal

All interested candidates must process their initial applications through ETEA. No documents should be sent directly to the institute during this phase.

Phase 2: Requirements For Candidates Passing ETEA Test

Candidates who successfully clear the ETEA screening test with a score of 60% or higher must fulfill a separate step to be eligible for interviews.

Important Selection Instructions

• Submissions Requirement: Applying both online via ETEA and sending hardcopy files to IMSciences (after passing the test) is strictly mandatory. If either step is missed, the profile will be discarded.

• Multiple Applications: Candidates applying for more than one position must submit a separate online application form and pay a separate 1-Bill/PSID processing fee for each role.

• Academic Restrictions: Candidates with a 3rd division throughout their academic career are ineligible for faculty posts. Foreign degrees require HEC/IBCC equivalence certificates, and non-English documents must include official English translations.

• Government Employees: Candidates working in Government or Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel and provide an official NOC from their current employer.

• Interviews: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. No TA/DA is admissible.

Last Date of Application

• The ETEA online application portal opens on July 13, 2026.

• The last date to complete online registration and fee deposit on the ETEA portal is July 27, 2026.
