Available Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria

The recruitment drive includes exactly one (01) seat for each of the following professional profiles:

1. Director (Technical) — 01 Post

• Education: Bachelor of Engineering Degree (16 years of education) in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Civil / Industrial Engineering from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates possessing a Master's Degree in Project Management / Engineering Management, or a related field.

• Professional Registration: Must be registered as a Professional Engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

• Experience: Minimum ten (10) years of post-qualification experience in energy infrastructure / transmission / distribution / renewable energy projects. Experience in EPC contracts and donor-funded projects shall be given preference.

• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years as on the closing date of the advertisement.

2. Deputy Director (Contracts & Procurement) — 01 Post

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (16 years of education) in Engineering / Business Administration / Commerce / Supply Chain Management from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates possessing a Master's Degree or a professional certification in Procurement like PMP / MCIPS / Contract Management / Supply Chain Management.

• Experience: Minimum eight (08) years of post-qualification experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in energy, transmission, infrastructure, EPC, public sector / donor-funded projects.

• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as on the closing date of the advertisement.

3. Deputy Director (Project Design & Engineering) — 01 Post

• Education: Bachelor of Engineering Degree (16 years of education) in Electrical / Electronic Engineering from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates possessing a Master's Degree in Project Management, Engineering Management, or a related field.

• Professional Registration: Must be registered as a Professional Engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

• Experience: Minimum eight (08) years of post-qualification experience in the design and engineering of transmission lines and substations, including preparation and review of engineering drawings, design calculations, technical specifications, standards, and tender documents.

• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as on the closing date of the advertisement.

4. Deputy Director (HR & Administration) — 01 Post

• Education: Bachelor's (16 years of education) in Human Resource Management (HRM) or Public Administration or Business Administration (HRM) from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's Degree in HRM or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum eight (08) years of post-qualification experience in HR management / administration / governance within public and private sector companies, or autonomous bodies.

• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as on the closing date of the advertisement.

5. IT Officer — 01 Post

• Education: Bachelor's (16 years of education) in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Computer Engineering from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates who have IT-related Professional certifications.

• Experience: Minimum seven (07) years of post-qualification experience in IT operations / infrastructure deployment / ERP / SAP / software systems management.

• Age Limit: Minimum 40 years as on the closing date of the advertisement.

Remuneration, Tenure & Key Conditions

• Compensation Package: Market-based compensation packages shall be determined through negotiations and will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.

• Tenure & Probation: Filled purely on a contract basis for 3 years, with a 3-month probation phase. The contract is further extendable subject to satisfactory performance and need basis. The contract service shall neither be regularized nor pensionable.

• Overseas Applicants: Professionals working abroad who are not currently registered as Professional Engineers (PE) with the PEC are eligible to apply. However, if selected, the candidate must obtain and submit valid PEC registration as a PE within the stipulated period to confirm their eligibility.

• Government Sector Employees: Candidates already working in Govt. / Semi Govt. / Autonomous Public Organizations can apply through the proper channel along with an NOC of their department issued on its Letter Head.
