Junior Clerk (BPS-11) — 18 Posts
Required Qualification:
Graduation (at least 2nd Division) or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
A minimum 6-month MS Office certificate course from an institution recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE).
Mandatory Testing Prerequisite: Candidates must have passed the screening test conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) for the Graduation Category with a minimum score of 40% and must possess the official STS passing certificate.
Age Limit: 21 to 28 years old. General age relaxation up to 5 years is applicable as per the Government of Sindh rules under notification number SO-II(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-II) dated December 2, 2025.
Key Rules & Quotas
Domicile: Applicants must be permanent residents holding a valid Domicile and PRC of District Tharparkar.
Government Quotas: Designated quotas for women, minorities (non-Muslims), and disabled persons will be strictly implemented in line with Sindh government policies during initial shortlisting.
