Available Vacancies & Technical Requirements

The structural recruitment breakdown across the 30 total positions includes:

1. Driver (LTV) — 01 Post

   • Required Qualification: Matric (2nd Division) along with a valid LTV Driving License.

   • Experience: Minimum 1 year of active driving experience.

   • Age Limit: 18 to 35 years old.

2. Driver (HTV) — 07 Posts

   • Required Qualification: Matric (2nd Division) along with a valid HTV Driving License.

   • Experience: Minimum 2 years of heavy transport driving experience.

   • Age Limit: 18 to 35 years old.

3. Tractor Driver — 05 Posts

   • Required Qualification: Matric (2nd Division) along with a valid HTV Driving License.

   • Experience: Minimum 2 years of tractor driving experience.

   • Age Limit: 18 to 35 years old.

4. Excavator Operator — 01 Post

   • Required Qualification: Matric (2nd Division) along with a valid HTV Driving License and an Excavator Operator Certificate (with at least B-Grade).

   • Experience: Minimum 2 years of excavator operation experience.

   • Age Limit: 18 to 35 years old.

5. Sweeper — 16 Posts

   • Required Qualification: Literate and physically fit.

   • Age Limit: 18 to 35 years old.

Terms and Conditions (TORs)

• Contract Duration: Recruitment is on a purely work-charge basis for a short-term timeline of 89 days initially. It may be extended as per operational requirements under government directives.

• Wages: Pay scales will strictly follow the Schedule of Wage Rates 2025.

• Posting Location: Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in District Rawalpindi as per the operational requirements of the council.

• Selection Transparency: Recruitment will be completed purely on a merit and transparent framework. No TA/DA will be provided for candidates appearing in the tests or interviews.
