Manager Civil

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).

• Registration: Registered Professional Engineer with PEC.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

• Age Limit: 30 to 45 years.

Manager MEP

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).

• Registration: Registered Professional Engineer with PEC.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

• Age Limit: 30 to 45 years.

Manager IT

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, AV, security, and smart building systems. Professional certifications in IT, networking, cybersecurity, or AV are preferred.

• Age Limit: 30 to 45 years.

Manager BIM

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.

• Certificates: Professional certification in BIM software platforms.

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in BIM implementation on major projects.

• Age Limit: 30 to 45 years.

Manager Finance

• Education: MBA Finance, ACCA, ACMA, CFA, or equivalent.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure projects, public sector development, or financial management.

• Age Limit: 30 to 45 years.

Documentation Officer

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Architecture, Library Sciences, HR Management, or Social Sciences.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic document management systems (EDMS) and project collaboration platforms.

• Age Limit: 30 to 40 years.

Salary

Positions are offered under the Project Pay Scale (PPS) system:

• Senior Manager - PMU: PPS-10

• Manager Civil / MEP / IT / BIM / Finance: PPS-9

• Documentation Officer: PPS-7
