Eligibility Criteria

General Eligibility Criteria for Faculty Members

• Education: MS / M.Phil / M.Sc / Equivalent degree (1st Division under Annual System, CGPA 3/4, 4/5 & 5/6 under Semester System) awarded after 18 years of education in relevant subject from an HEC recognized institution.

• Academic Record: No 3rd division in academic career. Note: The condition of no 3rd division shall not apply if the candidate holds a higher degree viz. PhD or equivalent degree with not more than one 3rd division in the entire academic career.

Eligibility for BS Textile Design

• As per HEC criteria for Arts and Design Faculty.

Eligibility for Law Courses

• PhD with no experience required OR LLM with 5 years' experience as Advocate High Court OR LLB with 10 years' experience as Advocate High Court.

Eligibility Criteria for Lab Engineers

• Education: B.Sc. (1st Division under Annual System, CGPA 3/4, 4/5 & 5/6 under Semester System) awarded after 16 years of education in relevant subject from an HEC recognized institution.

• Academic Record: No 3rd division in academic career. Note: The condition of no 3rd division shall not apply if the candidate holds M.Sc. or PhD degree with not more than one 3rd division in the entire academic career.
