Qualifications vary depending on the post:

• Assistant Computer Operator (BPS-12): Intermediate/ICS from a recognized board, along with 3-month MS Word, InPage, typing, and data entry course.

• Supervisor (BPS-12): DAE Mechanical (at least 2nd Division), B.Tech or DAE Electrical, Graduation in Chemistry (minimum 2nd Division), or DAE (Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Instrumental & Electronics) / B.Sc (Physics/Chemistry) based on specialty.

• Assistant Supervisor (BPS-09): F.Sc (at least 2nd Division) or DAE in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Instrumental & Electronics Technology, or F.Sc.

• Class IV (BPS-01): Literate with relevant field skill/experience.

Required Experience

Experience criteria based on the position:

• Assistant Computer Operator: Typing speed of 30 wpm in MS Word and 20 wpm in InPage/Urdu.

• Supervisor Electrical: 1 year experience in relevant field (for B.Tech holders) or 4 weeks initial training/course.

• Supervisors & Assistant Supervisors: 4 weeks mandatory initial training/course upon selection.

• Class IV Staff: Skilled and experienced in the relevant domain (cooking, barbering, plumbing, gardening, cleaning, etc.).

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit:

  • Assistant Computer Operator: 21 to 30 years.

  • Supervisors: 21 to 30 years (21 to 35 years for Supervisor Electrical).

  • Assistant Supervisors: 21 to 30 years.

  • Class IV Staff: 18 to 28 years.

• Domicile/Quota: Open to candidates holding local/district domicile of specified Balochistan districts as detailed in the quota section of the advertisement.

• General: Age relaxation will be granted as per Government of Balochistan rules.
