Applicants must be citizens of Pakistan, resident of or settled in Peshawar, without any political affiliations, and free from any involvement in misconduct or criminal cases. Candidate must not be a dismissed government servant or declared insolvent. A 10% annual increase in the retainer ship fee may be offered based on performance. Successful candidates cannot appear in any court as defence counsel in narcotics cases of any law enforcement agency during their contract period. Interviews will be conducted at Peshawar, and no TA/DA is admissible.
