Eligibility Criteria
Lower Division Clerk (LDC) (BPS-11): Matriculation. Typing speed 30 w.p.m. Knowledge of MS Office and computer usage preferred. Candidates selected must pass the IT basic course from NITB during the probation period.
Civilian Workshop Supervisor (Vehicle Mechanic) (BPS-11): Matriculation in relevant field with 3-year DAE diploma or equivalent. Minimum 5 years experience in automobile repair, MS Office knowledge, and basic computer skills required.
Highly Skilled Machinist (BPS-10): Intermediate. 3-year diploma in relevant field with 5 years practical experience in drawing, drafting, lathe machine work, and gear cutting.
Highly Skilled Electrician (BPS-10): Relevant field 3-year diploma with 5 years practical experience in vehicle electrical work, rewiring, fault diagnosis, and repair.
High Skilled Grade-I & II technical roles (BPS-06 to BPS-07): 3-year DAE or Matric (Science) with 3 to 5 years relevant practical experience in automobile, electrical, electronics, machining, gun fitting, or medical equipment repair.
Storeman (BPS-5): Local candidate (Balochistan). Relevant qualification with store management or computer cataloging experience preferred.
Skilled & Semi-Skilled Staff (BPS-03 to BPS-04): Local candidate (Balochistan). Relevant trade qualification or practical experience in vehicle mechanics, armament, or electrical work.
Driver (BPS-2): Primary pass. Valid HTV/LTV Driving License with driving experience.
Chowkidar (BPS-1): Primary pass. Retired military personnel given preference.
Age Limit: 18 to 30 years for general candidates (serial 1 to 7). 18 to 35 years for serial 8 to 18. Age relaxations apply per government rules (3 years for Sindh Rural, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, AJK; 15 years or service period for retired army personnel up to max 55 years).
