Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC)

The Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) is a corporate body established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017. It is fully endorsed, and acknowledged under the approved Umbrella PC-I of the Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply & Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP). The Board of Directors (BoDs), predominantly comprising members from civil society, serve as the central steering and policy-making authority. They include representatives from Planning & Development (P&D), Local Government & Community Development (LG&CD), Housing, Urban Development & Public Health Engineering Department (HUD & PHED), Aab-e-Pak Authority, Finance, Irrigation, and Engineering Departments.
