Five decades ago SIUT started its journey as an eight- bed ward in Burns Unit Civil Hospital Karachi. Gradually this small ward expanded to a 2000 bed hospital with 9 functional units across Sindh. SIUT provides healthcare with dignity FREE OF COST.
