NAVTTC Expression of Interest (EOI) – High-Tech IT Training Batch-III
The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, through the National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), intends to launch the Free High Tech IT training Programme with International certifications under the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP) Batch III. Top leading software houses, International certification agencies through their official partners in Pakistan, and institutes / academies offering International certifications and trainings in Pakistan are encouraged to apply for the Programme.

📋 Eligible Training Partners & Criteria Guidelines
Joint Ventures: No JVs (Joint Ventures) are allowed for this project program.
Preference Standards: IT Institutes and established Software Houses will be preferred during the verification and shortlisting process.
Security & Inspection Mandate: Provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is strictly mandatory for all selected partner premises.
Partner Roles: Applications are accepted for Principal / Vendor Partners (Academies/Institutes).
Registration Restriction: Only NAVTTC registered institutes will be entertained under this scheme.
Past Performance Exclusion: Institutes that have not performed satisfactorily in International Certifications under Batch II will not be entertained.

Review Program Standards: Ensure your training infrastructure, labs, and certified faculty match the detailed requirements specified for International certifications under PMYSDP Batch-III on the main platform at www.navttc.gov.pk.
Complete Application Upload: Input all institutional registration data, technical trade capabilities, past performance tracking, and mandatory IP CCTV link confirmations before finalizing.
Submission Deadline: The last date to lock applications on the digital portal is 05th July, 2026.
