This is further to our Advertisement No.09/2010 published on February 27th and March 1st, 2010. Selection team of Ministry of Health, Kingdom of Saudi will now conduct interviews of Medical Professionals (Consultants, Specialists and Residents) as under:

Electrical Design Engineer
Machinery / Static Design Engineer
Pipeline Design Engineer
Piping Design Engineer
Process Design Engineer
Instrument and Control Design Engineer
Offshore Structural Design Engineer
Safety Design Engineer

Five (5) years’ full-time employment in the molecular biology section of a clinical laboratory as a technologist. Two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory capacity. Should have an in-depth knowledge of common molecular biology protocols with hands-on experience and ability to troubleshoot problems associated with such protocols. Should have hands-on experience in handling automated molecular biology instruments and be able to train other staff in the section efficiently. Good communication skills in molecular biology techniques is most essential. Experience in handling protocols related to real-time PCR is required.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology to include one year internship in a hospital clinical laboratory in the country of origin.
Five years’ full-time employment in a clinical laboratory, preferably as a multi-disciplined generalist technologist.

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Ophthalmic Technician program.
• Current JCAHPO certification as a Certified Ophthalmic Technician.
• Specialized training in ophthalmic ultrasound, including standardized A-scan, contact B-scan and Doppler modalities.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ applicable ophthalmic ultrasound experience; must have successfully passed the written and practical US exam LV II.

Working knowledge of ophthalmic anatomy, physiology, and terminology. Working knowledge of the operation and function of: fundus cameras, Fluorescent Angiography, ICG Angiography, Slit Lamp Photography/Angiography, Gonio-photography, darkroom procedures, and Photographic Chemistry.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing in country of professional practice. Diploma or BSN preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of anesthesia.
